This is not a weight loss program. In therapy you will learn what maintains the difficulty losing weight from a psychological and practical perspective. Working closely, with the help of an experienced nutritionist you will work on learning how you can develop better eating patterns.

The goal for therapy is to look better and feel physically better with an elevated confidence and self-esteem. Individuals learn to develop the mental resources to stick to an eating plan by strengthening the mind to ensure they take control over this area of their life.

The program is tailored uniquely to individual needs. Treatment length is usually short. In addition to the face-to-face sessions, individuals receive toolkits to help them both between the sessions and after the consultations have finished.
