How Therapy can help

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) can help you to identify what the real problem behind the binge eating is, what makes you overeat and struggle to stop, how to avoid temptations and listen to your body, as well as, develop healthier eating habits.

Binge eating is also developed by a difficulty to manage your negative feelings such loneliness and boredom. In therapy you will learn new ways to overcome these negative feelings and develop healthier coping strategies that you can use when you experience any negative emotions.

Working on your self-image, confidence and self-esteem is part of the therapeutic process.
